Return Policy
All regular priced shoes and bodywear can be returned for a full refund within 21 days of purchase. Original shipping and return shipping costs are non refundable.
The following products cannot be returned for refund or exchange:
- All markdown final sale clearance items
- Tights
- Underwear
- Socks
- Training tools and exercise equipment
- Hair accessories
- Jewellery
- Make-up
- Gift Items and dance bags
- Holiday seasonal items
- PPE (masks and face covers)
Returned products must be in resealable condition, free of signs of wear with original tags attached to clothing and shoes with boxes or bags. Products returned that are not in original condition or are not eligible for return will not be accepted and returned to the customer at their cost.
How to Return an Item
Package the items to return along with a copy of the invoice and ship to:

It is recommended that you ship products back using a method that is trackable. Shipping or customs COD packages will not be accepted. Inspirations is not responsible to provide refunds until they are accepted for delivery at our location.
Once your item arrives your credit card will be refunded. Shipping is non-refundable.
Exchange
To make an exchange, follow the same steps as you would for a refund. Then, place an order for the replacement items you want. Pay for the replacement, and we'll issue you a refund once we get your return.
Manufacturer Warranties
Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and type of product. If you believe the product you have purchased through MyStudioStuff has a manufacturer’s defect, contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring products function the way they are supposed to. We will deal with the manufacturer on your behalf. It is important you contact us without delay as manufacturer warranties have limitations on the amount of time passed.
