Where does my order ship from?

Our orders are fulfilled by Inspirations Dancewear, whose warehouses are in Canada. 🇨🇦  So it's possible that your items may arrive in multiple deliveries. In the event that items from your order are shipping from different locations, and therefore arriving separately, you will be advised by email.

When will my order ship out?

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday) and generally ship out in 1-7 business days depending on the season and availability of all the items in the order. If there will be a delay beyond 7 business days, the order fulfillment team at Inspirations Dancewear will contact you by email with details.

How much is shipping?

The cost of shipping is dependent on the purchase amount of your order. We offer tiered flat-rate shipping as well as free shipping with a minimum order. To see all our shipping options, visit our shipping page.

How will my order ship?

We ship using Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

How long does my order take to reach me?

Processing time for your online order is 1-7 business days. Some products have longer processing times that will be listed in their description. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that includes a link where you can track the progress of your order. The time in transit depends on where you are located. Generally, it takes Canada Post Expedited Parcel 2 to 12 business days to reach our customers across Canada depending on their location.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No. Canada Post will leave your package at your door or in your community mailbox.

Has my order shipped?

You will be advised by email once your order has shipped. Included in that email will be your tracking number so that you may monitor the progress of your package online if you so choose.

What is the return policy?

Did my order go through?

If we successfully received your order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been sent through for processing. In the event there is a typo in the email address you entered, you will not receive a confirmation email. Please reach out to us if you think this is the case so that we can update your information accordingly.

Is my credit card information safe to purchase on the website?

Your information is absolutely safe and secure. MyStudioStuff is PCI compliant and we use the secure, industry-certified processing services of Shopify Payments for our processing gateway.
